Join Urban Alchemy at FORM: Metal Studio for this staple metalsmithing workshop and create your own custom sterling silver stacking rings. This is your chance to get creative and make something you’ll actually LOVE and WEAR!

In this hands-on 3-hour class, you’ll learn the art of silversmithing from start to finish. You’ll measure, cut, solder, hammer, shape, and polish two of your very own stacking rings. This all happens in a fun, relaxed, and supportive space. No experience? Perfect. This workshop is designed for beginners.

• How to size and measure rings
• Soldering and forming sterling silver bands
• Hammering and texturing techniques
• Finishing your rings for a clean, polished look

THE DETAILS

• Skill Level: Beginner-friendly (no experience needed)

• Class Size: Max 12 participants for lots of one-on-one guidance
• Age: 16+ (unless discussed in advance)

WHAT TO BRING

• Hair tie (if you’ve got long hair)
• Glasses (if you need them for detail work)

THE SPACE

• FORM metal studio is located on the second level of the Studio Arts building on 15th ave.
• Due to the age and design of the building, there is NO elevator. 
• Not recommended for those with mobility concerns due to the large flight of stairs to access studio.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Spots are limited to keep things intimate
• Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred with notice
• Creative flow can run overtime. please allow an extra 30–45 minutes just in case
