Custom orders can take 8 weeks and up depending on the materials required and the complexity of the project – It is always best to start the design process early to allow us to work through all options for design. FAQ’s

Can you use my old white gold for my new project?

No. White gold is extremely finicky. It contains nickel and is often rhodium plated. This makes for a complicated experience when melted and milling. I suggest that we refine your white gold or you choose to keep the piece as is.

Can you melt my grandmas ring and use it for my new heirloom piece?

Yes! We can incorporate any and all yellow or rose gold. I will have to cut out any parts that have solder in them and add a small percentage of new metal to the alloy, but YES absolutely!

Can you melt gold teeth?

No. The alloy used for teeth is unsuitable for remelting.

Can you rush my custom order?

I will do my very best to have your order created in a timely fashion. However, custom work is a labour of love and I like to have time to put focus and place intention into the piece. Please make sure you state exactly when you need your handcrafted piece done by.

I saw a piece online. Can you make it for me?

Yes and No. The internet is an incredible space to find inspiration and its really important to have some ideas of what you want beforehand, however, I will not duplicate other artisans work. We can take inspiration from various pieces, but it is important to uphold integrity and not carbon copy other artists.

I saw a piece you made, but could we change a few things?

ABSOLUTELY!

Can we use my heirloom diamonds or stones?

ABSOLUTELY!

How much will my bespoke piece cost?

This is a complicated answer. Each piece is different. I charge for my materials and time, so depending on what metal we use, how much the piece weighs, if we use recycled materials and heirloom stones or we use all new metal.  A minimum spend would be upwards of $500. Reworking old metal is great because reusing metal is wonderful, but this process takes time. You may save on materials, but there may be more time involved.
